CLINIC TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking. By booking an appointment with Arched Aesthetics Ltd, you agree to the terms below.
GENERAL TERMS
Arched Aesthetics Ltd provides non-surgical aesthetic treatments for clients aged 18 and over. These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments and services provided in clinic and through our online booking system. By proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms.
All treatments are carried out by qualified practitioners operating under appropriate insurance and professional standards. We operate fairly and professionally, and we always aim for positive outcomes for every client.
BOOKING POLICY
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure all appointments. No appointment is confirmed without payment of the booking fee. The booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of treatment on the day of your appointment. Clients agree to provide accurate contact information when booking. Appointment confirmations and reminders are sent via email, WhatsApp or SMS.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Cancellation or rescheduling with more than 48 hours’ notice: your booking fee may be transferred once only to a new appointment within 6 months.
• Cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours: your booking fee will be lost.
• Further rescheduling after one transfer will require a new booking fee.
NO-SHOW POLICY
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in loss of booking fee. If you do not attend an appointment without notice on one occasion, any future bookings will need to be paid in full upfront.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may be unable to carry out your treatment and your booking fee will be lost. This is to ensure fairness to other clients and prevent delays in clinic.
MEDICAL SUITABILITY & SAFETY
Treatment suitability will always be assessed by the practitioner. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed medically unsafe or inappropriate.
We do not treat:
• Anyone under 18 (ID may be required)
• Pregnant or breastfeeding women
• Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• Anyone with active infections, cold sores, open wounds or illness
• Anyone demonstrating abusive, aggressive or manipulative behaviour
• Anyone with unrealistic expectations or psychological unsuitability
MEDICAL RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for providing a full and accurate medical history prior to treatment, including medications, allergies, recent treatments and health conditions. Arched Aesthetics Ltd accepts no liability for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow pre- or post-treatment advice.
CONSENT
All clients must complete medical and consent forms before treatment. Treatment may not be provided if consent forms are incomplete. You must fully understand the procedure, risks, aftercare and expected outcomes before treatment proceeds.
TREATMENT
Complimentary routine review appointments are offered after treatment with Botulinum Toxin as a complimentary to achieve the best result the safest way. If you are unable to attend the review appointment at 2-3 weeks, no additional treatment or 'top up' is provided once the review period has passed. Please note Arched Aesthetics will use clinical judgment to decide whether a top up is necessary and safe to do so.

A 4 week free top up is included within the treatment cost for a liquid rhinoplasty treatment if deemed necessary.

CHECK UPS
If you would like Arched Aesthetics to check up/review any previous work she has carried out, please contact us to book a review.
RESULTS & EXPECTATIONS
Results vary between individuals and are not guaranteed. Multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results.
REFUND POLICY
We operate a strict no-refund policy on all treatments and booking fees.
Refunds will only be considered in the event of a medical contraindication identified by the practitioner and supported by evidence.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is due in full at the time of treatment. We accept:
• Cash
• Debit/credit cards
• Klarna / Clearpay
• Bank transfer
Finance options are subject to provider approval. Payment plans are contractual and must be honoured by the client.
RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT
We reserve the right to refuse treatment at any time if:
• It is not safe to proceed
• A client has withheld medical information
• A client behaves in a threatening, abusive or inappropriate manner
• The practitioner believes treatment is not in the client’s best interest
MODEL APPOINTMENTS
Where model or reduced rate treatments are offered:
• Results are not guaranteed
• Appointment times may be longer
• Treatment is for training or portfolio purposes
• No refunds
• Photos/videos may be taken and used for training or marketing
• Full consent still applies
BEHAVIOUR & ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
We operate a zero tolerance policy for abuse, harassment or intimidation towards staff. We may terminate treatment or refuse future bookings if behaviour is inappropriate.
PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
Clinical photographs are required for medical records, audit and safety. Photos are stored securely. No images will be used for marketing without authorised written consent.
INSURANCE
All treatments carried out at Arched Aesthetics Ltd are covered by professional medical indemnity insurance.
CHILDREN & PETS
For safety and professionalism, children are not permitted in the clinical environment. This ensures a calm, focused setting where treatments can be carried out safely and without disruption.
Pets are strictly prohibited in the clinical environment due to infection control and hygiene regulations. This policy ensures the clinic remains a safe and sterile space for all clients and staff.
GIFT VOUCHERS/DISCOUNTS
Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking
Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any ongoing offers/deals
Vouchers are valid for 12 months unless stated otherwise
Vouchers are for the named person only
The voucher must be brought with you in order to redeem it
Inform us at the time of booking if you have a voucher to use
Vouchers will be VOID if sold on

By booking an appointment, you confirm that:
• You understand and agree to these terms
• You are over 18
• You have provided accurate medical information
• You accept all risks associated with treatment
• You will follow aftercare advice
